Chief winemaker Sebastian Ruiz takes tiny quantities of wonderfully concentrated Malbec berries to make this deeply coloured wine, before aging some of it in oak barrels for up to 8 months. This gives the finished wine a deliciously spicy, vanilla and spice edge. Sebastian's drive to produce the very best wines is encapsulated in the name 'Temma' - the term word the Huarpe indians, who lived in this region centuries ago, used to describe a deep desire for truly exquisite food and drink.
